Salsa del Salto is the perfect place to host your special event, from family reunions, executive retreats, and group events to your wedding day. We have many years experience in hosting groups from 25 to 250 guests. The grounds were made for it. The Inn sits on three acres, with 1 full acre of lush green grass that is suitable for a large gathering.
The Inn can sleep from 24 to 30 guests, and we will be happy to assist with overflow rooms. Our front courtyard has adobe walls, pressed with desert flowers with a mountainous backdrop perfect for the ceremony.
For the group reception, our spacious outdoor deck has barbeque facilities and can hold 30-50 guests. Or come indoors in our Lobby designed by Antoine Predock, while being warmed by our 2-story fireplace.
All areas on our property have a dramatic background of El Salto Mountain.
Group policies:
For weddings, we require that the wedding party books the entire Inn, 10 rooms, for at least 2 days, or any other days that may interfere with our other guests. A deposit of 50% will reserve the space and rooms. There is a 60 day cancellation policy on all group business, and may be 90 days on Christmas group business. Other events can be arranged based on size.
Prices start at $2,500.00, based on double occupancy, for 2 nights, plus state and lodgers taxes. There may be additional charges for extra guests.
We do not have a liquor or catering license. Guests must purchase their own liquor and hire an outside catering company. Recommendations are available. Breakfast and afternoon sweets and appetizers come with your stay.
For groups or weddings over 50 guests, we recommend an outside catering company be used, the Wooden Spoon. Lisa is competent to handle all of your needs, from the music, minister, food, tents, décor, porta potties, and clean up. On our part, we will insure that the accommodations and the grounds are in top condition and ready for your special event.
